Order processing
Physical kits ship within 1 business day of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order is on its way.

Shipping rates
Shipping options and costs for your address are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Digital products
The Hearing Test Kit (Digital Access) is delivered electronically through the SuperSenses app - no shipping. Access details are emailed to you after purchase.

Damaged or incomplete orders
If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, we will replace it or refund it. Email help@super-senses.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Returns and shipping costs
