If you need to request a refund, please contact us at help@super-senses.com within 14 days of delivery. Proof of delivery may be required.
Eligibility
Unused and unopened kits are eligible for a full refund
Kits that arrive damaged or incomplete will be replaced or refunded
Used kits are not eligible for refunds unless there is a documented issue with the product
Process
Email help@super-senses.com with your order number and reason for the request
If approved, return instructions will be provided
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
Shipping
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
