How it starts
Set up in one sitting. Your team trained in an hour.
Set up your clinic in one sitting.
The onboarding form configures your clinic name, patient access code, who does what, in-office or at-home testing, how smell training is provided, and where every next step goes, sense by sense.
Your team tries it first, free.
Every clinician who recommends SuperSenses and every person who administers it gets their own kit. Knowing it from the inside is the best way to talk patients through it.
Certify your team in one hour.
Inside your onboarding call. Anyone on staff can be certified: introducing it, running all five senses, headphones, the dashboard, and routing anything clinical to your clinician.
Patients start.
In your office or at home, about 30 minutes for all five senses. Each kit covers a patient for a full year, retests included.
Your care pathways
You decide where every next step goes.
For each sense, choose what the app shows after a low result. The patient always chooses what to do.
Each sense's next steps and retest windows come from our Clinician Guide, built into your dashboard. Your clinicians confirm or change every suggested step.
What runs itself
Ten minutes a week. The app does the rest.
Patients see one clear next step per sense, from smell practice at home up to the provider you chose. The app sends reminders and check-ins, logs what they've done, and schedules the retest. Your dashboard shows who needs attention, who has two or more senses low, who is due, and what has already happened since the last visit. Every record exports as a PDF for the chart or your EMR, so clinicians who would rather not log in can work from the PDF.
Everything your team needs
New patients just need a kit. Your team already knows the rest.
Proof it runs
Already running in practices like yours.
"I've implemented this with all of my patients."

AMFAS built SuperSenses into its Enhance Protocol and ships kits straight to patients, who complete it fully remotely. Gladden Longevity and Vida use it with patients. OvationLab built it into its ACE clinician program at Eudemonia.

"You can do this with a 30 minute in-home test or also in office test. I've implemented this with all of my patients and I want you guys to see how easy it can be. So, we're going to go watch a patient do this. I think that one thing that we overlook frequently is how our senses give sensory input to the brain. They're constantly informing us about the world around us. They're making us feel connected to the environment. It helps us understand conversation, be able to taste a meal, to form memories. And these are the inputs that start to drift if we start to have sensory loss. We know that once memory starts to decline, we are years behind the pathology of memory loss. Changes in our sensory health can happen up to 15 to 20 years before the symptoms or the development of dementia. I do this with all my patients who are working on brain health. It gives me a snapshot, a baseline of where individuals are starting and then as we are developing functional medicine programming and interventions, we can see how their sensory health improves over time. This is why it's important to start to look at sensory health early on, even 15 to 20 years."

"Most people wait for problems with their memory to start to think about their brain health. As a neurologist, I've been looking for a tool to help individuals start to become proactive with their brain health much earlier. We know that once memory starts to decline, we are years behind the pathology of memory loss. And so, we need to look at early symptoms, early signs of what is happening in our brain. And that's what I love about SuperSenses is it's the first test to start looking at our five senses that can start to drift early on before we develop dementia. I've implemented this with all of my patients. Changes in our sensory health can happen up to 15 to 20 years before the symptoms or the development of dementia. If we can detect sensory loss early on and start to intervene on our brain health, we can have a larger impact on our trajectory of brain health."
Questions we hear most
The two questions every clinic asks first.
When do patients retest?
The first Sensory Score comes from all five senses, finished within 14 days. After that, each sense keeps its own clock, and you can move any date.
Days 0 to 14
All five senses. The first Sensory Score.
Every 3 to 6 months
Smell, hearing and vision, depending on the result.
Every 12 months
Taste and touch, covered by the same kit.
Any time
You set the date. New glasses in March? Set vision for June.
If something threw off a test, like a noisy room or a stuffy nose, the app offers a retake once it's fixed. Before every retest it asks what changed, so the new result comes with context.
What happens when a result comes back low?
The app first asks whether anything affected today's test. If not, the patient gets one next step that starts at home and escalates only if it's needed. Example, smell:
Check today
A cold, a strong smell nearby? Then a fair retest first.
Practice
12 weeks, four scents, twice a day, about three minutes.
Retest at week 12
Before and after, side by side.
Better or same
A second cycle, new scents or stronger materials.
Lower or still low
Your ENT pathway, with a one-page summary of what they tried.
Hearing starts with clearing earwax and retesting, then a hearing check on your pathway. Two or more senses low goes to your care team. Every path ends somewhere: back in range, or in front of the right clinician.
Is SuperSenses a diagnostic, or predictive?
Neither, by design. It is a general wellness platform that measures and manages the five senses, the brain's inputs, while cognitive tests measure its outputs. Your clinicians make every clinical call. We never sell interventions.
How has it been validated?
Each test is benchmarked against its clinical gold standard, measure by measure, in an IRB-approved, international, multi-site study, with results expected in 2027: a 40-item clinical smell identification test, the published Seven-iTT taste method, clinical pure-tone audiometry, ETDRS acuity and Mars contrast sensitivity, and the Mackinnon-Dellon Disk-Criminator.
What if a patient already knows they have a hearing or vision issue?
That's where the value starts. Each person is measured against their own last result, so you see whether hearing aids, new glasses or smell practice actually moved the needle.
What does it take from my staff?
One hour of certification inside your onboarding call, and anyone can be certified. About 30 minutes per patient for the first measure. After that, the app handles reminders, check-ins and retests.
Who sees patient data?
The patient owns it and can download their full record as a PDF at any time, or share it with family or another doctor. You see results only for patients in your program. Data is used for research only in aggregated, anonymized form.
