Accessibility at SuperSenses

We want everyone to be able to use SuperSenses, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, or magnification. We're working to make super-senses.com meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we review the site regularly as we add pages and products.

Where we are: we're making progress, not claiming perfection. We know some parts of the site, including some images, color contrast, and video controls, still need work, and we are fixing them.

If something doesn't work for you: tell us. Email help@super-senses.com or call 541-200-SENSE (541-200-6467) and say what page you were on, what got in the way, and the device or assistive technology you use. A real person reads every message and we aim to reply within 2 business days. If it's something we can fix, we will, and if we can't fix it right away we'll get you the information or help another way, including placing your order by phone or email.

Some of our site is provided by third parties, such as checkout, which is run by Shopify. We ask our partners to meet the same standard, and we'll pass your feedback to them.
