Shipping

When will my order ship? Physical kits ship within 1 business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping options and costs for your address are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Do digital products ship? No. The Hearing Test Kit (Digital Access) is delivered through the SuperSenses app. Access details are emailed after purchase.

Returns and refunds

What is your refund policy? Email help@super-senses.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the request. Unused and unopened kits are eligible for a full refund. Kits that arrive damaged or incomplete will be replaced or refunded. Used kits are not eligible unless there is a documented issue with the product.

How fast are refunds processed? Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Who pays return shipping? Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Full policy: Refund Policy.

HSA/FSA

Can I use my HSA or FSA? The SuperSenses Baseline Kit is HSA/FSA eligible. Pay with your HSA/FSA card at checkout, or pay normally and submit your order receipt to your plan for reimbursement. Your plan administrator makes the final eligibility decision, so keep your receipt.

The kits

SuperSenses Baseline Kit - $299.99. All five senses in one standardized at-home assessment, completed in about 30 minutes. Smell, taste, and touch tests are in the box; hearing and vision run through the free SuperSenses app. Your results combine into one number: your Sensory Score. HSA/FSA eligible.

Smell Sensitivity Test Kit - $39.95. A 12-odorant scratch-and-sniff panel mapped against clinical population norms, plus 4 scent strips and step-by-step instructions.

Taste Sensitivity Test Kit - $49.95. Precision taste strips that measure your perception across the core taste categories, with clear instructions for accurate, repeatable results.

Touch Sensitivity Test Kit - $39.95. A tactile discrimination dial - the most overlooked sensory channel in consumer health. Requires a second person to administer.

Vision Test Kit - $29.95. Measures visual acuity, color perception, and contrast sensitivity.

Hearing Test Kit (Digital Access) - $29.95. Pure-tone threshold and tone-in-noise checks through the SuperSenses app. Nothing ships - access is delivered digitally.

Who it is for

SuperSenses is for adults who want to measure and track their sensory health over time - optimizers who already track everything, family members and caregivers, and people whose clinician pointed them here. SuperSenses is standardized measurement for health awareness. It is not a diagnostic device, and we do not provide medical advice.

Testing over time

How often should I test? Once a year. One test is a snapshot - repeated testing builds a record, and your results stay in the app so each retest shows what changed since your last test.

What do I need beyond the kit? Just your phone. Smell, taste, and touch are in the kit; hearing and vision run through the free SuperSenses app.
